Welcome to StyleAI. This Privacy Policy explains how AtaForge Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the StyleAI mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address and a unique account identifier. We also record which sign-in method you used.
- Photos: Photos you take or choose (of yourself, your face or clothing) for virtual try-on, color analysis and beauty edits, and the images the App generates from them.
- Wardrobe and style content: Clothing items, saved looks, outfit plans and the messages you send to the AI stylist.
- Approximate location: If you allow it, the App uses your device location only on your device to show local weather and suggest outfits for it. Coordinates (rounded) are sent to the Open-Meteo weather service; we do not store your location.
- Network information: When you create an account we record your IP address and the country and city derived from it, to prevent abuse and understand where our users are.
- Usage and device data: Features you use, app interactions, crash information, device model, operating system and app version, collected through Google Firebase Analytics.
- Advertising data: Free-tier users see ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device advertising identifier. On iOS this happens only if you allow tracking.
- Purchase information: Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status, but never your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide virtual try-on, AI stylist, color analysis and other App features
- Create and secure your account and manage your subscription
- Send account emails (welcome, account deletion)
- Show ads to free-tier users
- Understand usage, fix problems and improve the App
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Processing
To create results, your photos and related text are sent securely to AI providers that process them on our behalf: Google (Gemini) for image generation and edits, Anthropic (Claude) for the AI stylist and color analysis, and fal.ai as a backup image provider. These providers process the data only to return results to us and do not use it to train their models under our agreements with them.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted using TLS encryption
- Photos and generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2; account data is stored in our database on secured servers
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- We keep your account data, photos and generated images while your account is active. You can delete individual photos and looks in the App at any time.
- You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete account). This permanently deletes your profile, photos, generated images, wardrobe, outfits and plans from our servers right away, and removes your subscription record from RevenueCat.
- Analytics data is kept by Google Firebase for up to 14 months.
- You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
7. Third-Party Services
- Apple Sign In / Google Sign-In: authentication
- Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, fal.ai: AI processing
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play: subscriptions
- Google AdMob: advertising (free tier)
- Google Firebase Analytics: usage analytics
- Cloudflare: storage and content delivery
- Open-Meteo: weather information
- Google Workspace: sending account emails
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.
8. Children's Privacy
StyleAI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
